  • The item must be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the courier representative.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact.

 


In the event of a defect, customers are required to contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos clearly showing the issue.


Requests that do not comply with the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
